This blend captures excellent large cut lemongrass from Stonyfield Estate and Ginger from Nikapotha Estate in Sri Lanka.
The sweetness of the lemongrass pairs well with the spicy ginger notes. It is very refreshing and holds a light opaque liquor colour.
