Say hello to our newest addition. Our Lane Cove store is small yet distinct and designed to capture a unique blend of materials and use of space. We are running aeropress and slow drip cold brew coffee, as well as single estate and guest coffees. We have a dedicated tea bar and range of retail tea, coffee & equipment. We also have a range of breakfast and lunch options that change regularly continuing our focus on seasonality & sustainability. We have also added to our menu an amazing new treat - handmade popsicles. Made from seasonal fruit, organic sugar and a twist of creativity.

Pablo & Rusty's Gordon is the original store where it all began 5 years ago. It has served as a testing ground for our ideas as we continually strive to evolve our espresso process and other key elements of our stores. Our goal was to create a space for community and creativity. It is now a lively hub for both local artists and musicians, with local artwork adorning the walls changing regularly. It is intended as a point of interaction for locals and an uncomplicated space to enjoy some of life's simple pleasures.

Sydney olympic park

Sydney Olympic Park has re-invented itself after the 2000 Olympics and is now a thriving business, events, sports and leisure precinct. In 2008, the park welcomed Pablo & Rusty's to the heart of the park, Jacaranda Square which is the unofficial town centre.

At the SOP store, we are committed to raising the coffee standard in the area and are now serving an eclectic local family drawn from within the park and surrounding neighbourhoods of Newington, Rhodes and Homebush. The outdoor coffee bar is easy to find with its distinct, multi-award winning design. The design itself was influenced by a passion for sustainability incorporating many recycled materials including bricks from the historic nearby brick pit.
