This tea comes to us from the Lin family’s plantation in Nantou county, part of central Taiwan’s high mountains.
The tea has strong floral aromatics, with malty, earthy and nutty notes as it evolves over various steeps.
Brew Guide
2.5g/100ml @ 100 degrees
Rinse with boiling water before first steep, preheat pot
1.5 mins for 1st & 2nd brews, then 2 then 3 for subsequent brews
