Altitude 1400 – 1700 m
This farm is owned by Maria Elena Avila de Muyshondt and situated in the region of Sonsonate. Only two years ago they produced the number 1 winning lot in the Cup of Excellence program and followed last year with a number 2 from one of her other farms. Without doubt one of the finest growers in the region.
This is a very carefully processed natural lot and is full bodied, syrupy and has a heady wine like character. It is fruity and sweet and is complex across a range of brewing styles.
