Coffee changes. More rain, more sun, different harvest. We don’t pin ourselves down to a formula. We buy the best coffees we can and work to get the best out of them.
This is our house blend that we sell through the stores. However it is worth noting that whilst we think it makes a nice black coffee, that’s not its intent. We really have designed this to be a hero in milk and so the blend is to combine the best elements that work great together.
