Located in the micro-region of Concepcion las Minas, this farm owned by Miguel Angel Hernandez Duarte is at 1200m and produces exceptional coffee. This is a Pacamara bean - an artificial hybrid of the dwarf Pacas variety and the Maragogype, explaining the large size of the bean and was originally developed in El Salvador before planting began in Guatemala. The coffee is 100% shade grown and sun dried.
The coffee has sugar cane sweetness, is clean with moderately bright lime acidity, highly complex and displays caramel and spice notes depending on the brew method.
